Hello, I ran across your old blog through a search on Google. Many of the posts there have to do with my old ancestors, namely, John Isch. My Grandmother is the daughter of Herman Isch. Her name is Mary Louise Isch. Stories about Minnie and August are amazing. Are you a relation to that side of the Isch family?
